Return and Exchange Period:

All requests for exchanges or store credits must be initiated within 7 days of the date the product was received.

Conditions for Exchange or Store Credit:

  • The item and box must be in brand-new, unused condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchanges or store credits.

  • Products must be free from any signs of installation, modification, or damage.

Exchange or Store Credit Procedure:

  1. To initiate an exchange or store credit request, please contact our dedicated sales team at [sales@studioluddite.com] within the 7-day period.

  2. In your email, provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the request.

  3. Our sales team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit. Please use a secondary shipping box to protect the fixture packaging.

  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our sales team.

Exchange and Store Credit Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will issue a store credit to your account for the value of the item.

  • You can use this store credit towards a future purchase.

Note:

  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified conditions may be ineligible for a store credit.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges; instead, store credit will be issued to your account for future use.

Custom orders:

  • All custom orders are final sale unless there is a production issue.

  • A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable.
